The Team

Karen Turley (Founder)

I have over 20 years teaching and advisory experience in both mainstream and special school environments and have supported many families in their homes creating opportunities to improve communication, play and addressing behaviour concerns. I have delivered SEN workshops to a variety of community settings and am passionate about getting it right for our children, their families and the communities in which they live, play and learn.  I will always spend time getting to know and understand each child, family and community group so that what we do works for everyone at every stage.

Catherine Gorman (Director)

I am a specialist music teacher who has over 30 years teaching experience in Special school settings.  I have dedicated my career to enabling our children by recognising and developing their individual strengths, talents and interests and am delighted to be supporting so many families through our advice, workshops and wellbeing sessions.

Jocelyn O’Shea (Director)

I have been working with children who have additional needs for over 20 years and have always focused on supporting them in a way that allows them to find their potential and develop independence. I have worked with children of all ages in school and in the community and am very excited to now be able to offer my skills and experience to many more families.

Moya Laird (Director)

I have over 20 years experience in both schools and in the community supporting our very special children.  I am passionate about our kids but also about ensuring our parents feel supported so I am delighted to offer wellbeing workshops to support to our parents and community settings.
